Over the years, I have personally helped the owners of more than 250 companies with strategy and planning. For the past nine years, I have hosted Strategic Planning Day for small business owners and nonprofit teams, giving them the tools and space to plan effectively for the year ahead.

Since 2020, I’ve been fortunate to co-host this day with Norm Adams, an award-winning business coach. Each year we refine the session to ensure it delivers real, practical value.

Last year, our focus was on profitability, anticipating what we believed would be a challenging year for many businesses. The feedback we received confirmed that the timing—and the content—was spot on.

This year, we’re building on that foundation and adding even more value to help businesses start 2025 with clarity, confidence, and a solid plan.

If you’re a Prince George business owner and would like to bring your team, Strategic Planning Day takes place Friday, January 9, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Prince George Golf & Curling Club.

To cover costs, we are charging a minimal fee of $199 per team of two, which includes lunch, workbooks, and a great venue.
